If you like messing around in boats the cabin cruiser experience is not to be missed.
These fine boats of various sizes are let on weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. They are to be found on lakes and canals in many parts of Sweden. The scenery is stunning and, what is more, there is plenty of room for everyone and a complete lack of crowds even in the high season. It is always easy to find a quiet spot , surrounded by pines, to tie up for the night. This facet of a Swedish boating holiday is much appreciated by visitors from more densely populated countries.
